Only vendors that offer Tier III or above are considered. This way, the service experience meets or exceeds reliability expectations.

Less hassle for you because Bespin researches and brokers the colocation agreement entirely on your behalf. Then, you have a dedicated POC for the service. (This is similar to “managed hands” agreements but in this case, you have better control).
Bespin accepts all responsibility for the service agreement and terms, and offers 1 year to 3 year terms.
The Alliance = Research and Advise
Bespin researches and brokers a competitive set of pricing options/terms on your behalf . You get a deliverable package with all the knowledge you will need, along with the dedicated Sales POCs at your preferred vendor, so that you can close the transaction with the provider of your choice.
